このサイト（富士ドクタービレッジ 送迎、https://fdv-carpool.shimpinomori.net/）は、富士ドクタービレッジの住民同士が、無料のボランティア送迎を紹介するためのものです。運営の窓口は村の管理事務所です。開発・運用・ホスティングは Shimpinomori.NET が行います。
1. 誰が内容を見られるか
出発予定、乗車希望、予約、氏名、電話番号、住居、地図の位置は、スタッフが村の住民として承認したアカウントだけが見られます。ログインしていない方、承認待ちの方、登録を却下された方、利用を停止された方は、これらの内容を見られません。
誰でも見られるのは、案内の最初のページ、ログイン、新規登録、使い方のページ、使い方のマニュアル、このプライバシーポリシーです。
2. 集める情報
アカウントを作るとき：氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住居番号、地図上の位置。パスワードで登録した場合は、パスワードそのものではなく、照合するための値だけを保存します。
利用中：出発予定、乗車希望、予約、待ち合わせの場所、メモ、感想・コメント、画面の言語と表示モード。
クッキー：ログインを保つ fdv_session、言語の fdv_lang、表示モードの fdv_theme。Googleでサインインする短いあいだだけ fdv_sso を使います。
3. Googleでサインインする場合
Googleでサインインを選ぶと、Googleから次の情報を受け取ります。そのGoogleアカウントの主となるメールアドレス、氏名、Googleが付ける識別子、メールアドレスが確認済みかどうか、です。Googleのパスワードは受け取りません。予備のメールアドレスも受け取りません。
これらの情報は、同じメールアドレスのアカウントを開くか、新しいアカウントを作るためだけに使います。新しいアカウントは、スタッフの承認があるまで送迎の情報を見られません。
Googleから受け取った情報を、広告の表示、販売、貸与、ほかのサービスへの提供には使いません。人がこの情報を読むのは、住民であることの確認、安全のため、問い合わせへの対応、法令で必要な場合に限られます。
Google API から受け取った情報の利用は、Google API Services User Data Policy（Limited Use requirements を含みます）に従います。
同じ Google のサインインは、村民の助け合いサイト（FDVコミュニティ、https://fdv-community.shimpinomori.net/）でも使います。アカウントは送迎サイトとは別です。コミュニティでの個人情報の扱いは、コミュニティのプライバシーポリシーに書いてあります。
4. 情報の使い方
本人確認とログイン、スタッフによる住民の承認、送迎の紹介と予約、予約に関するメール（プロフィールで受け取れなくできます）、サイトの運用と安全のために使います。
5. 誰と共有するか
承認済みの住民は、募集中の出発予定と乗車希望（日時、方面、行き先、名前、空席または人数）を見られます。
予約の相手には、申請中・承認済み・完了のあいだ、氏名、電話番号、住居番号を表示します。メールアドレスは、「相手方にメールを表示しない」を選んでいない場合に表示します。
スタッフは、承認と運営のためにアカウントの情報を見られます。法令で必要な場合を除き、情報を第三者に売りません。
6. 保管
データは、Shimpinomori.NET が管理するサーバーに保存します。アカウントと送迎の記録は、運営に必要なあいだ保管します。取り下げた出発予定や乗車希望は一覧から消えますが、記録は残します。削除を希望する場合は、管理事務所に連絡してください。
7. このページの変更
内容を変えたときは、このページを更新し、上の日付を変えます。ご質問は村の管理事務所へお願いします。

This site (Fuji Doctor Village Rides, https://fdv-carpool.shimpinomori.net/) introduces free volunteer rides between residents of Fuji Doctor Village. The village management office is the contact for residents. Shimpinomori.NET develops, operates, and hosts the site.
1. Who can see the content
Trip offers, ride requests, bookings, names, phone numbers, residences, and map locations are visible only to accounts that staff have approved as village residents. People who are not logged in, and accounts that are waiting for approval, rejected, or suspended, cannot see that content.
Anyone can see the welcome page, login, registration, the how-to page, the user manual, and this privacy policy.
2. Information we collect
When an account is created: name, email address, phone number, residence number, and a map location. If you choose a password, we store only a check value, not the password itself.
While you use the site: trip offers, ride requests, bookings, meeting places, notes, comments, and your language and display choices.
Cookies: fdv_session keeps you logged in, fdv_lang stores the language, and fdv_theme stores the display mode. fdv_sso is used only for the short time a Google sign-in is in progress.
3. If you sign in with Google
If you choose Google, we receive the Google account’s primary email address, your name, the identifier Google assigns, and whether that email is verified. We do not receive your Google password. We do not receive a backup email address.
We use this information only to open the account with that same email address, or to create a new account. A new account cannot see ride information until staff approve it.
We do not use information received from Google to show ads, and we do not sell, rent, or give it to another service. People read it only to confirm residency, for safety, to answer a question, or when the law requires it.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The same Google sign-in is also used on the village mutual-aid site (FDV Community, https://fdv-community.shimpinomori.net/). Those accounts are separate from this rides site. How that site handles personal information is described in the community privacy policy.
4. How we use information
We use it to sign you in, for staff to approve residents, to introduce and book rides, to send booking emails (you can turn those off in your profile), and to operate and protect the site.
5. Who we share it with
Approved residents can see open trip offers and ride requests (time, direction, destination, name, and seats or number of passengers).
The other person in a booking sees your name, phone number, and residence number while the booking is pending, confirmed, or completed. Your email address is shown only if you have not chosen to hide it.
Staff can see account information in order to approve residents and operate the site. We do not sell information, except where the law requires us to disclose it.
6. How long we keep it
Data is stored on servers operated by Shimpinomori.NET. We keep accounts and ride records for as long as the service needs them. A withdrawn trip offer or ride request leaves the list, and the record is kept. To ask for deletion, contact the village management office.
7. Changes to this page
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date above. Questions go to the village management office.
